POONCH, May 26: People in the border district of Poonch today said they are forced to drink muddy and impure water due to damaged pipeline. For a few days now, the damaged pipeline along Nakhonwali road Poonch has not been repaired.

He said the drinking water line had been damaged in various spots and water had been flowing out. Locals accused PHE authorities for their mismanagement in works.
Sources from PHE department said they had not received any complaint about damage to the drinking water pipeline. Measures would be taken to repair the lines and arrest the water leak immediately, he added. |
