5/26/2019 11:17:47 PM
Early Times Report

Ramban, May 26: Vice president JKRETTF Gulzabir Daing has shown serious concern over the attitude of the govt regarding the fast track redressal of issues of erstwhile SSA teachers.
He said that the uncertainty among the nation builders is due to the official apathy of the authorities. He said that SSA teacher's are suffering misrebally having no fault at their end. This all has created an environment of chaos and confusion among the teaching community and their future is at stake.
Gulzabir Daing castigated the authorities for coming up with a concrete solution to these issues. While expressing his anguish over the non seriousness of concerned authorities, he said that the erstwhile SSA teachers who have enhanced their qualification are still waiting for Grade 2 orders and streamline of monthly salary.
At the same time the Teacher's who are still under graduate are in mental trauma because the govt is not clearing it's stand on this issue as a result thousands of nation builders are in state of frustration.
The ReTs who have completed their five years period of temporary service are waiting for regularisation since years and being tortured on one or the other pretext by the authorities, these ill fated nation builders are suffering and their families are at the stage of starvation.
He said that one fail to understand what the authorities actually want to convey by putting teaching fraternity in trauma. On the one hand Govt is sloganeering for quality education and restoration of education department but on the other hand the main pillar of the department is being mentally tortured and is being used as a play tool.
He said that the sacred month of fasting is going on and the erstwhile SSA teachers are without salaries from last 5 months. This has put them in a state of frustration because they are not in a position to feed their families and to meet out the daily family requirements. The Nation builders have become talk of the town and they are facing humiliation in the society because of unnecessary delay in releasing the salaries.
