JKGEAF organizes one day conference

Jammu, May 26: Jammu and Kashmir Government Employees Action Forum today organized a one day conference, in which hundreds of government employees participated.
According to press release, the conference was called with the purpose to discuss and highlight the burning issues of the government and public Sector employees and to aware the employees and workers about onslaught of government on trade unions.
The speakers advocated for hard need of unity among the state government employees to check the anti employees activities of the State government.
The leadership of the employees have declared that all future course of actions and activities would be launched from the plate form of newly floated Jammu and Kashmir Government Employees Action Forum.
The Leaders of the trade unions have expressed that State Government has absolutely failed to address the genuine demands of the State government employees viz restoration of government office timing from 8 AM to 2 PM, introduction of health insurance scheme for government employees enhancement of medical allowance from Rs. 300/- to Rs. 5000/- lump sum for month and regularization Casual workers as per 5R0 -520 on time etc.
The prominent leaders of the different Employees Unions who have addressed the gatherings are Sushil Sudan, Ganesh Sharma, Subash Verma, Munish Sharma, Ashish Sharma, Nazir Ahmed Bhat, GurmeetSingh, Kartar Chand Dubey, Tilak Raj, Jagdish Sharma, Smt. Indu Khurdi, Smt.Tripta Chib, Sunita, Hashia, Rajeshwar Singh, Rakesh Magotra , Adarsh Sharma , Kamal Singh Pathania, Gobardhan Singh, Raj, Kumar, Ravi Kumar, DavinderSingh, Mohd. Latif Quershi, SuratSingh Toofani, Umarjan, G.M Malik, Sarbjeet Singh, Jarnail Singh, Maheshwar Pansat, Hari Singh, Suresh Sharma, Parkash Singh, Sourab Bali, Surinder beside others.
