Early Times Report

Samba, June 11: Incharge cadres of school education department organized a meeting at Samba in which incharge lecturers, headmasters, retired incharge officers and members of JKGTF were present. All participants demanded early issuance of regularization orders of all cadres as most of the incharge officers have retired since 2007 and some expired till date. Addressing the meeting state chairman Amar NathThakur urged Commissioner Secretary school education department to implement the GO.NO:- 114-GAD of 2019 Dated 23/1/2019 regarding the regularization of all incharge cadres by convening the regularization committee meeting constituted for regularization of all incharge cadres as chairman of the committee. He said that all formalities like , work and conduct, integrity, cause of vacancy, vigilance clearance seniority lists of incharge lecturers are complete then delaying the regularization is unjustified and amounts to victimization of incharge cadres, which would not be tolerated as incharge cadres have waited for more than fifteen long years, He further added that Chief Secretary in this regard has also issued directions to all secretaries vide NO:- AS/GAD/Mtg/ 2019/ 54-77 dated 02/4/2019 to complete all DPCs by 30th June 2019 . These directions are also not implemented till date which is a matter of concern to all cadres, this has created a sense of resentment among all 8000 incharge cadres of the department. All speakers said that if orders are not issued till 30th June 2019, all cadres would organise a resentment protest against the department for delaying the regularization and victimizing the whole cadres.
