Importance of being Amit Shah
R. B. SURI6/16/2019 11:15:57 PM
Amit Shah is very genius and a well strategic organizer and a strong politician in the country who remained successful in putting his party in power in more than 19 states in the country and which the said no. had been decreased to 16 with bagging of power by the Indian National Congress (INC) in the states of Rajasthan, MP and Chhatisgarh in 2018. Being a strong and methodical RSS leader Amit Shah remained successful in building up of a very good team of young BJP workers across the country who created a dent in UP, West Bengal, Oorisa, Karnataka, MP, Rajasthan, Maharashtra etc. in fetching the maximum MP seats during the recently held elections to the Lok Sabha. His team of young BJP workers are dedicated and wholly devoted and "Nishthawan Workers". While calculating the things at micro and booth levels, they have concentrated on each and every required factor which ultimately led to their victory in the Lok Sabha-2019 elections. Day and night they had worked very hard with their sleepness nights without any individual considerations. Amit Shah's team having much confidence had actually gone to the each every subject of the country in convincing them in their favour on the issues of RASHTRAWAD and COUNTRY's SECURITY. Prior to coming into the politics at the National level, Amit Shah had worked for a pretty long time with the Prime Minister of India Narender Modi, when he was Chief Minister of Gujarat. Not only this, Amit Shah remained in his Cabinet as one of the Cabinet Ministers. After assuming the charge of the country as the Prime Minister, Narender Modi brought Amit Shah in the national politics as the National President of the saffron political party BJP thereby totally sidelining the senior leaders of the BJP like L.K. Advani. M.M. Joshi, Shanta Kumar, Yashwant Sinha etc. Amit Shah after taking over as the National President of the saffron political party BJP, planned a strategy for spreading the tentacles of his party at the grass root level across the country and ultimately he succeeded on this score. This time, there was a hope that the Prime Minister of India Narender Modi would face a big challenge from his opponents in the Lok Sabha elections-2019. Due to the fact that the opposition was being totally divided, it could not be able to give the befitting reply to the BJP brigade across the country. Also there was a feeling that in UP, the Mahagathbandhan of SP and BSP would not allow the BJP to fetch more than 20 MP seats but this was not materialized. The Mahagathbandhan of SP and BSP got a big blow as it could not secure even 16 MP seats. This happened actually because of the fact that INC and the Mahagathbandhan kept at distance with each other due to their egos conflicts at the very cost of the electorates. As per the results of the Lok Sabha Polls-2019 declared by the ECI, the final position emerged as under :-
NDA - 353 MP seats (BJP-314)
UPA - 86 MP seats
Others - 103 MP seats
Narender Modi formed the government in the Center for another five years thereby accommodating Amit Shah as the Cabinet Minister besides 24 others. The Oath Ceremony was held on 30 May at New Delhi as after having been elected as the leader of the NDA in Lok Sabha in a meeting of the newly elected MPs held in the Central Hall of the Lok Sabha, Narender Modi had staked the claim for forming the government at the Center for another five years. Amongst all other heads of the various nations ( minus Pakistan) and the distinguished political and Corporate personalities of the country, INC Patron Sonia Gandhi, Former Prime Minister of India Dr. Manmohan Singh , INC Chief Rahul Gandhi graced the Oath Ceremony of the PM Modi and his cabinet colleagues by their presence at the Rashtrapati Bhawan in New Delhi on May 30. The portfolios allotted by the Prime Minister Narender Modi to the Ministers of his cabinet on May 31 have stunned the people of the country and in fact they feel jubilant on this score. Amit Shah by having the Home portfolio now stands at No. 2 in Modi's cabinet whereas Rajnath Singh has gone down at serial no. 3 from No.2. The people of the country are welcoming the PM Modi who accommodated 2 retired officers of the IFS cadre - Hardeep Singh Puri and S. Jayashankar and allotted them the portfolios of Housing Ministry and Foreign Ministry respectively despite of the fact that both have lost the Lok Sabha elections. While taking them as the Cabinet Ministers, their wisdom, expertise and the experience have been kept in view in the very interests of the nation. It is important to mention here that 25 MPs from the Muslim community of the country have also made their entry into the Lok Sabha by contesting the elections successfully which is very fortunate as it has proved that India is a secular nation in this World. Sidelining the issues of public importance totally which include the prevailing of the pitiable conditions of the farming community, High Inflation, Bad impact of the GST, Unemployment of the youth ( skilled and unskilled), the PM Modi being wise enough had raised the issue of 'Rashtravad' and 'Threat to the Country's Integrity and the Sovereignty' from Pakistan before the general public during the election campaign and the rallies and en cashed the Pulwama attack in which more than 44 soldiers were killed, followed by the Air Surgical Strikes in Bakakote (inside Pakistan) killing more than 300 terrorists and their commanders besides their trainers on spot. Over these two major issues, PM Modi, Amit Shah and other leaders of the BJP stood as a rock and remained successful in winning the confidence of the people of India to vote for them in this hour of crisis facing the nation so as to enable them more on the country's Integrity and the Sovereignty and ultimately secured 353 MP seats in the Lok Sabha which is considered as the landslide victory in the elections. Violence in West Bengal and UP against their party went in their favour from where the BJP could win 80 MP seats if taken together BJP and NDA have broken their records of Lok Sabha elections - 2014 thereby securing the 303 and 353 MP seats in the Lok Sabha elections -2019 out of the house of 542 finally constituting 65.1 % of the total strength of the Lok Sabha. On the contrary, INC and UPA have failed to improve their strength in the in Lok Sabha this time too. Priyanaka Gandhi too could not make any dent in the country's politics. There is no doubt that Priyanka Gandhi attracted the large gatherings in the road shows and the election campaign meetings but could not be able to convert into votes. INC being the century old played a very poor show in getting the number as 51 only resulting which the PM Modi remained as the Champion in the Indian Politics. His main opponent -UPA could secure only 86. The Mahagathbandhan of SP and BSP remained as the flop show as it could fetch the 15 MP seats only in UP. Mahagathbandhan of SP and BSP and the INC fought the elections individually and that was the great mistake done by these political parties. With the coming of strong BJP leader Amit Shah as the Union Home Minister of India, the strong signals have already gone to the Kashmir centric leaders in the valley to mend their ways in the very interests of the Integrity and the Sovereignty of the nation otherwise they would be dealt with the iron hands by the Central Government led by the Prime Minister Narender Modi. The Kashmir centric leadership in the valley is frightened these days. Basically, Amit Shah is being considered as the Terror for the Kashmir Centric Leaders, Separatists and the leaders of the Hurriayat Amalgamation in the valley. Gujarat had given Sardar Patel under Jawahar Lal Nehru as the Home Minister of the country and after Sardar Patel, now the country has Amit Shah as the Home Minister of the country. It is pertinent to mention here that at the fag end of the Modi led government at the Center had tightened its noose over the Separatists and the Hurriayat Amalgamation thereby initiating the various investigations by the NIA followed by filing of the FIRs in the various police stations in the valley and even arresting them in connection with the money laundering case against them. After making their arrests some delinquents are passing their days in prison in the valley and a few have been shifted in jail outside the state of Jammu and Kashmir. In the recently concluded Lok Sabha elections in the valley, the National Conference led by Dr. Farooq Abdullah has bagged all the three MP seats from the valley- Srinagar, Anantnag and Baramulla and whereas PDP could not win a single seat from Kashmir this time. Not to talk of her Party, even the PDP Chief and the former Chief Minister of the state Mehbooba Mufti has lost her own seat. This means that the PDP has lost its popular base in the valley and its its position has been reduced to the skeleton this time. Mehbooba Mufti is saying repeatedly that doing an alliance with the BJP in the state to form the government in the state was her party's mistake. Seeing the PM Modi in the thumping majority in the Lok Sabha, both Dr. Abdullah and Madam Mufti are feeling un comfortable and confused as what to do now in the changed political scenario at the Center? Basically they are one over the issue of the Articles 370 and 35A of the Indian Constitution as also the Delimitation Commission. Only for the lust power they make the allegations against each other. When they see their interests, the get united against the Central Government always and they are in the habit of keeping the national political parties away from the valley politics. The official sources of the GOI say that the Defense Minister of the country Rajnath Singh is No.2 in the PM Modi's Cabinet. If one analyzes the past practices indepthly, the Home Minister of the country comes after the Home Minister of the country always as No.2 in the Cabinet and as whenever the Prime Minister of the country goes out on the foreign trips or fall ill, the charge of the Prime Minister only lies with the Home Minister of the country always. This is a sort of ambiguity which needs to be rectified by the GOI at the earliest. During his all out campaign across the country Amit Shah is on record as having said that Articles 370 and 35A of the Indian Constitution would go, if BJP boted to power in the Lok Sabha elections-2019. Now the time has come to act upon in the real terms to settle the issue of Kashmir once for all in order to protect the Integrity and the Sovereignty of the country as well. Since the time is a great healer as such , let us see in which way the wind blows in the days to come.
