Awareness camp cum training session on Yoga organized 6/20/2019 12:06:55 AM Early Times Report Samba, June 19: As part of the Pre Publicity activities being carried out in connection with the celebrations of 5th International Yoga day which is going to be observed on 21st of June 2019 throughout the length and breadth of the globe. Kathua Field Outreach Bureau of Bureau of Outreach and Communication, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Govt. of India organized an interactive and informative awareness camp cum training session on Yoga and its health benefits. The awareness programme cum training session on Yoga and various important and beneficial Yoga Asans was organized by FOB, Kathua in collaboration and active Coordination of 19th and 173rd Battalions of Border Security Force (BSF) at their battalion Headquarters at Panjtilla, Samba today. The awareness camp cum training session on Yoga and its various health benefits was aimed at making the participants more aware and empowered regarding various Yoga Asans, their right and exact way of performance, their importance and various health benefits associated with these Yoga Asans.
