Jammu, July 4: The Surviving Board of Trustees of J&K Durga Nag Trust, hereby, unanimously decided / resolved that all the vacancies of the Durga Nag Trust of Swami Ratnanand Saraswati Trust J&K, in the larger interest of the trust be filled up/ supplied immediately. Accordingly the surviving Board of Trustees, unanimously decided and resolved to nominate three Sanathan Dharmies, intellectuals, Educationist and Social Activist, namely Prof. A.N.Sadhu Mr. M.K.Koul and Shree Virender Takoo known for their dedication, devotion for the cause of Durga Nag Trust, and stand committed for the welfare of the trust, are hereby coopted as Trustees against the aforesaid mention available clear vacancies. It was also further resolved by the Board of Trustees that the decisions taken and resolutions passed by the Board of Trustees be entered in the relevant register as provided under the registered Instrument of March 2007 trust deed for the Durga Nag Trust, for records. |
