Poonch, July 5: An order was flashed from the office of commissioner secretary Rural Development Department in response to appointments made in contravention to rules /norms. Taking serious note of such appointments, the concerned ACDs were strictly directed to act promptly and disengage such candidates who were appointed with the sheer blessings of then ACDs Remind that such fake appointments are liability on government exchequer and also burden over those candidates who are all ok as higher ups release grant against actual candidates but concerned BDO/ACD disburse that very much amount in form of honorarium among those fake employees turning a huge liability all time on government exchequer. Now there is very serious note that whether ACD Poonch has taken action on this order or not if taken how many candidates are ousted in whole district and how many such candidates are still working. There are certain assertions that some blue eyed candidates are still working. Few of them are in the office of ACD and one favourite is working in block Mankote. Where a handicapped candidate was working as computer operator who fall succumb of this order. But question arises whether this order was meant for whole district or it was for some specific candidates. In coming days officials of RDD Poonch will have to answer. |
