Beware of non-performers as they are out to lure you again: Munish to people
7/6/2019 12:21:57 AM
Early Times Report
Jammu, July 5: Editor Early Times, Munish Gupta, on Friday said that his ongoing mass contact programme has brought the politicians out of their closets.
"I am happy that my ongoing programme has shaken the politicians and they have come out of their posh bungalows to assess their track record," said Munish, while carrying out his mass outreach programme in different areas.
He said that his resolve to reach out to the people and highlight their miseries has paid dividends. "The politicians, who were in deep slumber have woken up and are trying to do the works which they had forgotten during the past five years," said Munish, who would be contesting the forthcoming Assembly elections as an Independent candidate from Gandhi Nagar constituency.
He said, "My earnest appeal to the people is not to get carried away and give new faces a chance so that the non-performers learn a lesson. The politicians, who have appeared on the scene today appear only before the elections, when polls are over they forget their promises and sit over the issues which touch a skin of a common man."
Munish said, "I have come to my people with lot of hope and expectations. The overwhelming support and love which I have got from my people during my ongoing programme has made by resolve firm to work for the development of Jammu region. The upcoming Assembly elections are a golden opportunity to vote for a change."
