Jammu, July 6: The Citizens' Co-operative Bank Ltd. Jammu felicitated Mayor Jammu Municipal Corporation, Deputy Mayor and Corporators of all Wards of 'Jammu Municipal Corporation' in a simple and impressive ceremony organized in the Auditorium of Jammu Club. Ashok Goswamy Managing Director The Citizens' Cooperative Bank Ltd. Jammu in his welcome address apprised the Mayor Jammu Municipal Corporation ,Deputy Mayor and all the Corporators of Jammu Municipal Corporation the activities of The Citizens' Cooperative Bank He expressed that the bank is deep routed into the public because of its local character and look forward to come more closer to Janta/Public through the medium of democratically elected representatives of Jammu Municipal Corporation.
Parveen Sharma Chairman of The Citizens' Cooperative Bank Ltd. in his welcome address accorded warm welcome to dignitaries and stated that The Citizens' Cooperative Bank Ltd. Jammu is the first and largest Urban Cooperative Bank of J& K State and having large net work of 40650 share holders .
Chander Mohan Gupta Mayor Jammu Municipal Corporation Chief Guest in his address to the gathering appreciated the efforts of Chairman of the bank and its Board of Directors to bring this bank more closer to the public. He stated that The Citizens' Cooperative Bank Ltd. has a history of providing excellent services to the poor and needy and has always come forward for the help of its customers.
In the felicitation ceremony Mayor, Deputy Mayor and all the Corporators from different Wards of Jammu Municipal Corporation were honoured by presenting a memento by the Board of Directors of The Citizens' Cooperative Bank Ltd. Jammu.
