Divine power - Jai Guru Ji!
Dugri Wale Saint
R.B. Suri7/9/2019 10:40:50 PM
When I were desirous to get the admission for my daughter into Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS), I along with my wife went to Shoji Dental College and Hospital, Badhi (District Solan in Himachal Pradesh) in August 2011 to meet the Chairman of the college. Since the Chairman of the college was not available therefore, I happened to meet his son Vikram Bhojia who was looking after the college in the capacity of an Administrator besides the Principal of the college Dr.Santosh Dass. When we had the round of the said college, we visited the temple of GuruJi in the college it self and made a prayer therein and sought his blessings. It is pertinent to mention here that the college staff and the students studying over there were visiting time and again to seek the blessings of Guru Ji ! I just asked one of them that what is the past history of this saint. He replied that as and when we see any sort of difficulty or the problem, we seek his blessings always and works are done automatically without any further problem. Except this we know nothing about the saint. Dr. Puneet HOD in the college was managing the affairs of the Guru Ji's temple in the college. We are having the faith on Guru Ji since 2011 in fact. My well settled family is there because of Guru Ji only.
After this, we came in the office chamber of the Administrator of the college and interacted with him for some time and later we had the meeting with the officers of the Himachal Pradesh University and the Dental Council of India. My daughter Shreya Suri got the admission in BDS on spot by the blessings of Guri Ji. She studied there up to 2016 and in between when we got the opportunity to visit the college we had the DARSHAN of Guru Ji over there. By the blessings of Guri Ji, this college is in the top ten colleges of the Dentistry in the country. Just to apprise the readers I want to mention that Guruji is the "light divine" that came on earth to bless and enlighten humanity. On 7th July 1954, the sun rose in Dugri village at Malerkotla, Punjab (India), to herald the birth of Guruji in a hamlet.
Guruji spent the early stages of his life around Dugri, went to school and college and finally graduated with a Masters degree each in economics and political science. He had a spark of spirituality in him right from childhood - say those who knew him then..
It did not take long for the spark to get fully lit; the shower of Guruji's blessings began to fall on the earth to lessen the sufferings of hundreds of thousands of people. Guruji sat at various places including Jalandhar, Chandigarh, Panchkula and New Delhi-and satsangs1 began happening. It was here that people came from all over India and other parts of the world to seek his blessings. The tea and langar prasad (blessed food) served at Guruji's satsang had his special divine blessings. The devotees experienced his grace in various forms: incurable diseases were healed and the entire matrix of problems ranging from legal to financial to emotional were solved. Some members of the sangat also had divine darshans (visions) of deities. There was nothing impossible for Guruji, for he wrote fate, and could re-write it.
Guruji's doors were open to the high and low, poor and rich, and people of all religious affiliations. From the most ordinary of men to the most powerful of politicians, businessmen, bureaucrats, armed service personnel, doctors, and professionals, everyone came to seek his blessings. All were equally in need of him and Guruji blessed all alike. Those sitting close to him, touching his feet, benefitted as much as those seeking his blessing in their prayers anywhere in the world. What mattered most was complete surrender and unconditional faith reposed in him. Guruji was a giver, he never expected or took anything from anyone. "Kalyan karta", Guruji would say and "Blessings always" is what the devotee would get. He once explained that his "Blessings always" were not for this life alone, but ended with nirvana.
Guruji never delivered any sermons or prescribed any rituals, yet his message was received by the devotee in ways known only to the devotee. This "connection" with him was not only elevating and energizing but also a deeply transforming one. It lifted the devotees life to a level where joy, fulfillment and peace came easy. Guruji's form exuded a divine fragrance, similar to roses. Even today, his fragrance is felt as proof of his presence by his devotees.
Guruji took mahasamadhi2 on 31st May 2007. He left no successor : for the "light divine" there is none. His emphasis was that the devotee always get connected "directly" with him, and more so, through the medium of prayers and meditation. Guruji has a temple, popularly known as Bade Mandir located at Bhatti mines in South Delhi. Today, when Guruji is no more in his mortal guise, his blessings are working the same wonders, with his grace falling equally on those who never met him in their lifetime.
1. Satsang: the company of the "highest truth", the company of a Guru; an assembly of persons who listen to, talk about, and assimilate the truth
2. Mahasamadhi: the act of consciously and intentionally leaving one's body at the time of death. It is also very important to mention here that India is a Bhoomi where a large number of the of the Sants, Soofis and Faqirs were born and the noted amongst them were Guru Nanak Dev Ji, Sant Kabir during the Bhakti Ki Lehar Movement about 550 years or so and Sushil Muni, Vimal Muni, Acharya Devinder Muni( Jain Munis) etc. in the recent past who contributed a lot towards the society in the country. People were get united to fight against all the ills in the society. The general masses of the country were benefitted by their august presence and got rid of their problems and the sufferings. My family members are the members of the pride Sangat of Guru Ji besides other thousands of his disciples. They are attending the Sangats regularly without fail. I too have attended the same four times in the past. I have come to the knowledge that people across the World are joining the almost everyday to get rid of their numerous problems and the sufferings.
In Jammu a very dedicated team is there which manages the affairs of this sect of this society. Prominent among them are Saini Ji Ex Director of the State Administration. Malhotra Ji Ex Chief Engineer, Dhir Ji, Jain Ji etc. They manage the affairs well according to their wisdom and understanding. The Guru Ji Sangat is having the liberty of conducting the Sangat either at their residences or in any temple or the convenient place. It has been seen that the majority of the Sangat Samelons were held at Shiv Mandir, Trikuta Nagar usually as it is the convenient holy place for them to attend the SANGAT. Day by day, the Sangat is increasing manifold, a need is being felt to have the premises on its own for conducting of such Samelons in future. The Organizers may think soon on this aspect. It is very important to describe here that Sangat attend the gathering in very nice and that too in a systematic and a disciplined way with dignity and honour. One thing is there always that every body is under the obligation to keep his/her shoes or Chappals and the PROUD(which one usually have) outside the Hall of the temple or the residences as all are equal before Guru Ji. It is generally experienced that in the religious gatherings every where, people do talk and murmur with each other which gives an ugly look and create indiscipline in the gathering of the disciples. Such things are not there at all which one may see as the Sewadars are so meticulous that they manage the affairs very nicely.
To celebrate the Guru Ji's birthday on July 7, with great pump and show, A Sangat gathering was arranged at Hotel Vivek in Jammu city and this was attended by more than six hundred devotees of Guru Ji. A very appealing Play list of the Guru Ji's Bhajans prepared by Malhotra Ji was played in the Samagam on the speakers installed over there and at the end langar Parshad was distributed amongst the devotees of the Guru Ji. A very fine system of playing the Bhajans is in place which is monitored by Tany Madan always. Either the Organizers prepare the Play list or the Host of the Samagam gets the opportunity to prepare the same. While holding the Samagam, the team dignitaries speak for 5-10 minutes only and at the same time they give the opportunity to the family members of the Host to speak and share their experiences about Guru Ji with the other Sangat. Apart from this, another system of arranging the Sangat in the wee hours in the residences of the Sangat members is there but on the selective basis. After chanting of the Bhajans on the system, the devotees are served with the drinks, tea and the snacks. It is also experienced that whosoever has come under the blessings of Guru Ji, his / her fortunes start changing suddenly for their benefits and welfare as well. Really, the Organizers of such Sangat Samagam deserves the appreciation. My good wishes to them to deliver more and more for the promotion of love and brotherhood in the society and the secular fabric of the country would be strengthened much.
