India hold Pakistan for engineering violence in Kashmir
7/12/2019 9:24:49 PM
New Delhi continues to hold Pakistan responsible for kicking up violence in Kashmir and that is the main purpose for India+to convey its protests to Islamabad telling it to behave. +India has conveyed to Pakistan that it wants normal neighbourly relations with it in an atmosphere free from terror, and the onus is on Islamabad for creating such an environment, the Government of India said in Lok Sabha the other day.
In a written reply to a question, Minister of State for External Affairs V Muraleedharan listed a number of developments, including FATF notifying Pakistan in the 'grey list', as a vindication or India's consistent stand that internationally designated terrorist groups and individuals continue to operate from and raise financial resources with impunity in the neighbouring country.
"These militants are using territories under Pakistan's control for carrying out cross-border terrorism in India and elsewhere in South Asia," he said. The minister said the government has consistently raised the issue of cross-border terrorism and placed high emphasis on international cooperation in combating the menace including in bilateral, regional and international fora. Asked about steps for garnering global support for India against terrorism, he said as a result of government's persistent efforts, international community has shown understanding of India's position. These incidents reveal that Pakistan not only exports terror to India but to financial aid to the militants.
Two dreaded organisations, Lashkar-e-Toiba and Jaimaitul-e-Mujahideen (JeM), led by Masood Azhar are said to be helping the ISI to set its bases in Pakistan which could later penerate into India and foment trouble and violence. The ISI is a terrorists organisation which smells terror by the super powers and this way Pakistans intentions are not good. This way let Pakistan Prime Minister, Imran Khan, sound the bugle against these terrorist organisations and starve them with funds and the support from the Army. Without Pakistans help these terrorists groups cannot be tamed and tormented if he (Khan) wants to promote friendly relations with Indian Prime Minister, Narendra Modi. This way all depends on Pakistan for promoting friendly ties with India.
