Early Times Report
Jammu, July 17: With senior leaders including founding members of the party have been gradually leaving PDP, party leadership has given free hand to a rape accused spit venom in the Doda and Kishtwar districts to create communal divide for shamelessly reaping political benefits.
A self-styled social activist who is on the bail in two rape cases has been given free hand by the PDP leadership to move from one place to another in Doda district and invoke religious sentiments of a particular community to create communal tension. Realizing that party will not be able to create space in Doda, Kishtwar and Ramban districts, PDP leadership is now utilizing services of a rape accused to defeat Congress and National Conference in this region.
On Wednesday this rape accused addressing meetings in Inderwal assembly constituency and crossed all limits in playing with the religious sentiments of the people just to demonize local Congress leader who is popular among all the communities.
Interestingly this rape accused was inducted in the party by former chief minister Mehbooba Mufti with much pump and show due to his communal and anti-minority approach. He was star campaigner for PDP in Parliament elections in which party failed to open its account. It was all due to such star campaigners that Mehbooba Mufti even failed to secure second place in her stronghold of Anantnag.
Recently during a Wazwan party at Jammu, the rape accused had deliver lecturer to Jammu based founder members of leaders on politics and these founder members were forced to listen this 'budding star' of the party.
The helpless Jammu based PDP leaders had no option but to listen sermons of the same person who had left no stone unturned to communalize infamous and heinous Rassana incident. This rape accused had not only tried to give communal colour to the heinous crime, he had also tried to demonize local deities of Dogras and whole Dogra community.
