Early Times Report

Jammu, July 23: Announcement of Governor Satya Pal Malik to expose former ministers- who had shamelessly indulged into corrupt practices, has given a sleepless nights to some ex-BJP ministers in the previous PDP-BJP coalition regime.
Although Governor has not mentioned name of any former ministers but some of those who had represented BJP in the previous coalition had reasons to be worried because they were openly indulged into corruption and nepotism.
During three and half year tenure of PDP-BJP regime serious charges of corruption were labeled against BJP ministers who had shamelessly surrendered before touts and power brokers at that time
It is known to everybody that ex-BJP ministers had shamelessly ignored party cadre and their offices were captured by power brokers who were earlier worked as agents with Congress ministers.
Credible sources said that some people have already registered complaints against former BJP ministers but due to their influence in the administration no action has been taken against them so far. "It is known to everyone that majority of the BJP ministers, who enjoyed power with PDP, had crossed all limits of corruption and nepotism", sources said and disclosed that files containing corrupt practices of ex-BJP ministers have already been prepared but authorities are hesitating to proceed further.
Credible sources further said that Union Government especially Home Minister Amit Shah has given free hand to the state administration to take action against all influential persons be it former BJP ministers or leaders any other political party.
