| Minor girl raped, video viral; case registered against accused | | | Early Times Report
Kathua, July 31: In yet another shameful incident in Hirangar Kathua where minor girl being Raped, Filmed nude video and the clip goes viral by accused on social Media.
A17-year-old girl was allegedly Raped in a Rohii Resort Channe Aroian under Hiranagar police jurisdiction in Kathua district. As per victim, the incident had taken place on this last month on 19 July. "me and my family files the complaint in this connection at Hiranagar Police station But Police Dint registreer the FIR and then we approach the Hiranagar Court for Justice after the intervenision of Court Kathua Women cell registered the Case," victim told media persons.
As per victim she had gone to school at kootah for her 12th class Result with her friend after taking the result marksheet her friend took her in Roohi Resort for Tea where two boys were already there and forcefully took her in room Where they showed her iron sword (Tooka)
After sometime, one of the vishal and Aman came to the spot and raped her and captured video of the criminal act and later threatening her for dire Consequence's if She opens the mouth.
"After few day both youth approaching and blackmailing me and said if you don't come to meet us then we viral the video on Social Media", she added.
The girl's family said when a video of the rape went viral on social media. After seeing the video, the family members sought Justice from PM Modi and demanded action against culprits.
Acused has been indentifed as Vishal and Aman both resident of Hiranagar Kathua
Police also book the owner of Roohi Resort Hiranagar Kathua in this case where the incident happened .
Meanwhile SSP Kathua Shridhar Patil Said police have Registered the case Under RPC FIR No 4 / 376 /109 / 67 IT Act Pasco 4 and manhunt has been launched to nab the culprits. He further said if anybody circulate the video of victim action will taken against them. |
