Sat inaugurates free eye check up camp at Poonch House

Jammu, Aug 18: : Sachdeva Netralaya along with Corporator Ward 40 Neelam Nargotra organized Free Eye Check up Camp at Fine Arts College, Poonch House, Talab Tillo. The Camp was inaugurated by Former Minister and Ex-MLA Jammu West Sat Sharma (CA). He was also accompanied by many others including local residents and political activists of the area. Phaco Cataract Surgery (Stitchless), Diabetes Eye Check up, Lasik Surgery (for Spectacle removal) was done by specialists Dr. Sanjay Sachdeva and Dr. Abhishek Sachdeva. Free Medicines were also distributed to the needy patients. Speaking on the occasion, Sat Sharma appreciated the efforts of local Corporator and Sachdeva Netralaya for doing such a noble deed for the people of Jammu West.
He said that in some circumstances due to money problems, people are unable to take medicines and this medical camp helped them to get free checkup, treatment and free medicines. He said people must find time for their health in today's busy life and they should regularly checkup about their health, he said. He also stated that such type of camps is the need of the hour and they must be organized regularly in order to provide health services to people especially needy.
