"We are only ten house holds who do not get proper water supply for the last 2-3 years said Rattan Lal s/o Tara Chand of same locality adding, the supply is made from the tube well near Digiana Ashram but we being at the last end of locality donot get adequate water supply"Rattan while appraising his ordeal to Early Times Editor Munish Gupta, who has launched mass contact programme with the people and would be contesting forthcoming Assembly polls from Gandhi Nagar constituency as an independent candidate gave a patient hearing and assured highlighting the issue, said that they have lodged complaint in this regard with the PHE office but nothing was done to ease the problem of affected households.
He said once JE had come on the spot and assured that a separate supply line will.be provided but this promise also proved a hoax. We approached them again and again for redressal of our problem but our plea was not heeded instead we were asked not to come over in this office by the officials Rattan added. They again urge the authorities to make proper water supply to affected ten households who have been facing water crisis since long.
