Jammu, Aug 18: A meeting of the eminent Golfers of Jammu region was held today to discuss ways to promote Golf in Jammu. It was decided in the meeting to form a Golfers Association that would assist the management of the Golf Courses at Jammu specifically the Golf Course at Sidhra and also to promote the sport in the region to produce more world class golfers from the region.
The association would hold regular golf tournaments at Jammu and invite eminent golfers from India and abroad to motivate youngsters to improve their Golf.
The meeting was attended by, R S Chib, Pawan Parihar, Bharat B Sharma, Bhuoesh Gupta, Dr Ritesh Gupta, Er S S Jamwal, Sunil Kotwal, R S Jaswal, Bharat Bhushan Sharma , Dr Amarjeet Singh, Er S S Pathania, Dr Gurpreet Singh, Vishav Pratap Singh, Er Harbinder Singh, Dr S L Tickoo, Vijay Saraf , Hemant K Sharma and Deepak Handa. |
