| DDC Poonch reviews working of offices, dev works | | | Early Times Report
Poonch, Aug 19: District Development Commissioner Rahul Yadav today chaired a meeting to review functioning of different departments, execution/start of works and implementation of convergence plan for the doubling of the income of farmers.
The DDC stressed on the opening of all government offices on time and proper functioning. He directed PHE and Power Development departments to report any damages in water and power supply in far flung areas and tend the same at the earliest. He also directed CEO to ensure opening of all primary and middle schools of the district.
While reviewing the achievements under different schemes, he directed the concerned departments to prepare estimates to start new and pending works. He also reviewed the status of PMAY, NREGA , Pension cases , BADP works.
Meanwhile, the DDC discussed the convergence plan formulated to double the income of farmers. He directed the department of Agriculture, Horticulture, Fisheries, Sheep husbandry and Animal husbandry to formulate village wise micro plan of the works to be taken and submit the same at the earliest. He also reviewed the achievements under PM Kissan Maan Dhan Yojna.
The meeting was attended by CPO, ACD, CMO, CEO, DSWO,DPO,CEO Municipality , XEN PDD, CDPO , and officers of other line departments. |
