RAMBAN, Aug 20: District Development Commissioner (DDC), Ramban, Nazim Zai Khan today chaired a meeting of district and sectoral officers to review progress under district capex budget 2019-20 and functioning of various departments .
The meeting was attended by ADDC, Nawab Din, ACR, Harbans Lal, CPO Kasturi Lal, XENs of PHE, PWD, REW, PDD, CMO, CEO, CAHO, ACD, Manager Lead Bank, AD employment, ADs of Planning and other district and sectoral officers.
The DDC reviewed physical and financial achievements made by Education, PWD, PHE, PDD, RDD, Health, Animal Husbandry, Forest and other departments under the district plan.
The DDC directed the officers to generate awareness among the public regarding benefits of schemes of their respective departments launched by the government for the welfare of public. He directed officers to ensure public participation in formulation of development plans.
The XEn PWD was directed to closely monitor the ongoing road and other project for ensuring quality of work besides preparing a building maintenance plan to ensure cleanliness, sanitation and protection of administrative complex. |
