DDC reviews implementation of schemes under NABARD

SAMBA, Aug 20: District Development Commissioner, Rohit Khajuria, reviewed implementation of schemes under NABARD, while chairing a meeting here today.
Chief Planning Officer, Executive Engineers PWD and PHE, Assistant Director Health besides other officers were present in the meeting.
DDC had a detailed review of status of all the schemes being implemented in the district under NABARD.
Executive Engineer PWD informed that out of sanctioned 23 schemes 7 have been completed while remaining 16 schemes are in progress. Besides, 5 more schemes are expected to be completed in this financial year, he added. Under CRF, 2 projects out of 10 sanctioned projects have been completed.
Executive Engineer PHE, while giving information regarding status of schemes, said that out of 5 sanctioned schemes 1 has been completed and remaining 4 schemes shall be completed in this financial year.
While giving status of achievements registered under Health sector in district, Assistant Director informed that out of 2 schemes 1 has been completed.
DDC directed the concerned officers to ensure all sanctioned works under NABARD are completed in time.
