Jammu, Aug 20: In an urgent meeting conveyed today, Piranditta President of All J&K Guru Ravi Dass Sabha alomg with Darshan Lal, Dr Rajpal Hans, Ramesh Kumar, Om Prakash and Mulkh Raj handed over memorandum to Sanjeev Verma, Divisional Commissioner Jammu for President of India with regard to demolishing of historic temple of Ravi Dass in New Delhi. Piranditta mentioned that it is most unfortunate happening of demolishing of Guru Ravi Dass ji's 600 year old historic temple at Tughlakabad Delhi by DDA with connivance of Delhi and Central Government, taking the shelter of Supreme court of India. He mentioned that we the Ravidassia Samaj people are compelled to think and feel scared of such injustice forced on them and Five thousand back history is being allowed to be replaced. He mentioned that their religious sentiments are hurt badly even though constituation of India provides equality and worship to all. |
