Jammu, Aug 22: Al India Backward Classes Union has hailed the abrogation of Article 370 and 35-A.
"On the abrogation of Art 370 and 35-A a wave of happiness went in the state among poor people with this hope that they will get their constitutional rights in state too in the consonance of c the statement and promise of your honour which was made during 2014 Lok Sabha elections", the press release reads.
Raising questions the press release said, two rules viz (a). para7 of page 44 and (b).serial number 21 of page 52 which speak of no change in reservation rules that is only 2% quota for the state OBCs (called OSCs )in-spite of Abrogation of Art 370, which would not ensure justice to the OBCs.
All executive members and participants once again appealed PM to get modifications so that National Commission For Backward Classes might enter JK. |
