World leaders says Kashmir is a bilateral issue
8/22/2019 10:48:57 PM
How far is the Indian Army truthful? The Indian Army has offered to the Pakistan military to take possession of bodies of its personnel who were killed when it foiled an attack by Pakistan's Border Action Team (BAT) in Keran sector, official stated. And for the last two weeks Pakistan claimed that the bodies were of the Indian origin when not a single Indian Armyman had been killed in the encounter.
Sources said here that the Pakistan Army has been asked to approach the Indian Army by raising white flags and take possession of bodies which are lying on the Indian side of the LoC. This is called gentleman gesture. Now that India has asked the Pakistani troops to hoist white flags during the collection of the bodies. And it is not known whether even hoisting white flags Pakistani troops may resort to ceasefire violations.
The Army had foiled an attack by BAT on a forward post along the Line of Control (LoC) in Keran sector, killing five to seven "intruders."
The BAT generally comprises special forces personnel of the Pakistani Army and militants. Sources said the BAT attempt was made on the intervening night of July 31 and August 1. At least four bodies, possibly of Pakistan Army's Special Service Group (SSG) commandos or militants were seen in close proximity of an Indian post in the sector, the sources had said. This is the courage of Pakistani troops when bodies were lying dead for days together an d when it was the job of the Pak troops to clear the bodies. But hitherto Pakistani has been blaming Indian troops for resorting to ceasefire violations in which several militants and Pak troops were killed. But this lie had no ground when the Indian troops offered help in recovering bodies lying on the LoC.
It is safe for Pakistan to blame India for ceasefire violation but the Indian troops had no need to violate ceasefire because the troops on this side of the border were not exporting terrorists to Pakistan. And it is time for Pakistan to accept India's conditions for resumption of talks and the only way talks could begin if Pakistan stops export of terror to India especially to Jammu and Kashmir. India has made it clear to Trump and other leaders who dominate the UNSC that India is willing to resume talks with Pakistan if Islamabad stops export of terror to India including Jammu and Kashmir. Pakistan has been pleading with world leaders to mediate on the Kashmir issue but India has rejected any third country mediation on Kashmir which Trump and others from Russia that the Kashmir issue is a bilateral issue and needs to be resolved through talks between India and Pakistan.
