Udhampur, Aug 23: Janmashtami celebrations brightened up the city with thousands of people joining the' Shobha yatra' procession with kids dressed up as Lord Krishna and Radha, to the accompaniment of bhajans and tableaux depicting mythical characters. A large number of children draped in Lord Krishna's attire participated in the colourful procession organised by sanatan Sabha Udhampur. Various floats made by various , educational institutes and religious organisations highlighting lord Kirshna's life are the main attractions of the yatra. Shobha-Yatra started from Chowk Chabutra Udhampur & after passing through various bazaars of udhampur culminate at the same palace. Large number of Peoples also Participated in said shoba yatra . large no of Peoples gathered on road side to glimpses of Impressive Shoba Yatra. |
