Jammu, Aug 23: Janamashtami was celebrated today in a traditional way and religious fervour by the Rainawari Kashmiri Pandit Action Committee at Hari Parbhat, Paloura Jammu. Devotees in thousands were present, were busy in chanting the Shalokas of Shri Bhagwat Geeta. On this auspicious day Shri Ramesh Sapru ji, renowned religious & social activist narrated the anecdotes of Shri Bhagwat Geeta which was appreciated by one and all. There was spellbound display of KRISHAN LEELA by the little kids of MATAMAAL, a voluntary social organization. Devotees were thrilled with their performances and the complex was enthralled with cheers and JAI KRISHANA. Swami Kumar ji Maharaj mesmerized the devotees with the words on the teachings of Shri Geeta ji and on the occasion he released the Audio -Video CD on Geeta ji prepared by Ramesh Saproo ji. |
