JKBHWS organizes a programme awaring people to raise voice against plastic

Jammu, Aug 25: J&K Bhoomi Human Welfare Society a cultural organization organized a program With an objective to raise voice against plastic.
This show comprising various cultural items and skit served as a wake- up call for people of this state exhorting them to ponder over the serious consequences of plastic and take preventive steps in tandem with the nature so as to put an end to plastic/polythene. Skit and musical items highlighted growing serious consequences of plastic for human health. When the plastic are burned they produce toxic gasses and smok most plastic wastes littering the roadsides causes' disease causing microorganisms plastics dumped in water bodies pose a threat to aquatic life.
Chief patron of society J K Koul (Bezaan) appeal to people of J&K especially youths to come forward and aware the common masses regarding demerits of plastic. The artists who gave their best performance are J K Koul (Bezaan), Jitender Jotshi, Sumeeta Bhat, Vijay Raina,Vidyuth, Mehul and Ravi. Susheel Bhat organized the program.
