Early Times Report
JAMMU, Sep 3: Editor Early Times Munish Gupta on Tuesday reiterated his resolve to work for the welfare of people.
Carrying forward his mass contact programme in Ajeet Nagar, Munish said, "The next assembly elections in Jammu and Kashmir will provide a chance to the people of Jammu to get empowered fully, as they can vote for having their own Chief Minister."
"The delimitation process may take nearly a year to get completed, but I assure my people that I will keep on reaching out to them and highlighting their problems", said Munish who would be contesting upcoming assembly elections as an Independent candidate from Gandhi Nagar constituency.
He said, "I have been overwhelmed by the love and affection which people have given me, since the day I have taken plunge into politics. I have realised that the common masses during all these years were left in lurch by the leaders, who presented them in the past."
Munish said, "To vote for me is the discretion of the people, but I assure them that I will keep on reaching out to them, come what may. Their day to day issues need to be resolved and I have decided to give the voice to voiceless. I promise them that I will try my best to work for the development of Jammu."
