JAMMU SEPTEMBER 04: Director, Rural Development, Sudershan Kumar, reviewed progress on different schemes being implemented by the department in Udhampur.
The meeting was attended by Rakesh Badyal, Additional Secretary, RD & PR, Ashok Kumar, Addl. District Development Commissioner, Shabir Chowdhary, Superintendent Engineer, REW, Jammu, Assistant Commissioner Development, Executive Engineer, REW Udhampur, Block Development Officers of District Udhampur besides AEE, AE, VLWs, MPWs and supporting staff under MGNREGA.
The Director had a detailed review of various Centrally Sponsored Schemes viz MGNREGA, PMAY, SBM, 14th FC and state sector schemes.
Assistant Commissioner Development gave a brief presentation about the progress on various schemes like MGNREGA, PAMY, SBM and 14th FC.
The Director stressed for time bound completion of works under various schemes besides simultaneous updation on the respective Portals. He enquired about the progress of GPDP and stressed on early formulation of GPDP so that works may commence right from the beginning of the next financial year. He laid stress on full utilization of the funds under 14th FC which have been disbursed among the Panchayats and submission of utilization certificate thereof. |
