National Lok Adalats to be held at Anantnag on Sept 14
Pre-National Lok Adalat also scheduled on Sept 09

SRINAGAR, SEPTEMBER 04: A National Lok Adalat is being organised under the Chairmanship of District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) Anantnag at Court Complex Anantnag on September 14 for amicable settlement of Pre-litigation/pending cases in the courts particularly cases u/s 138 NI Act, MACT, Matrimonial/Family disputes, Labour disputes, Civil cases, criminal cases, Bank Recovery cases, Electricity Water Bill and cases related to other civil matters at District Headquarter Anantnag.
All the concerned litigants who are interested to settle their disputes in the proposed National Lok Adalat are asked to approach concerned courts immediately along with the applications so that their cases are taken up in the Lok Adalat. Further interested parties who are desirous to put their cases in the said Lok Adalat are asked to approach the concerned courts at Anantnag by or before the scheduled date.
Such National Lok Adalats are being also conducted at Sub Judge Court Bijbehara, Munsif Courts of Dooru, Shangus, Vailoo& Aishmuqam on September 14 where cases related to 138 NI Act, MACT /Family disputes, Civil / criminal cases, Bank Recovery Cases, Electricity Bills & other civil cases will be settled amicably as such interested persons are informed to approach TLSA’s of above mentioned courts for settlement of their cases.
A Pre-National Lok Adalat is also being organised under the Chairmanship of District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) at Court Complex Anantnag on September 09 for amicable settlement of Pre-litigation/pending cases in the courts.
In this regard, all the concerned litigants who are interested to settle their dispute in the proposed Pre-National Lok Adalat are asked to approach the concerned courts immediately along with the applications so that their cases are taken up in the Lok Adalat.
