| 2500 kilograms polythene bags seized | | |
Kathua, Sept 6: Acting stringently against smuggling of banned Polythene material, a Police team headed by SDPO Border Police Kathua along with SHO Police Station Rajbagh arrested one Person and seized 2500 kilograms polythene bags.
The accused has been identified as Rajinder Kumar son of Madan Lal resident of Village Salalpur Korepunnu Rajbagh Kathua and seized 2500 Kilograms of banned Polythene packed in 100 bags which he was carrying in one vehicle bearing registration no JK08E-8926 .
A case FIR No 168/19 under section 188 RPC, 6/7/10 J&K Non Biodegradable Material Act,2007 was registered at PS Rajbagh.
