Bank of India has travelled a log way gaining strength, braving strong winds of change and now it is going to be 113 years young Bank. BOI is a great Institution as it has been strong historically, culturally and has been a leader all through and has allowed to be challenged. Bank was founded in 1906 as the first bank during the British Raj that catered to the people of India rather than the colonial administration. BOI is celebrating its 114th Foundation Day.
Built on principals of prudence and caution and being forward looking, BOI has come out stronger weathering many crisis in the banking as well as other environments and has grown to be the repository of trust among its stakeholders. Bank has built "Relationship Beyond Banking" with its millions of its customers across the globe who are ambassadors of goodwill. BOI is today the preferred choice of customer. Why ? This happens due to delivery of superior products and efficient services and it has acted as good professionals with courtesy and dignity.
BoI has time after time invested its money and its faith in the people of India. Bank of India has been able to discharge its role as one of the leading development banks in the country and has adapted well to changing times and technology on par with other banks.
