Madan condemns unprovoked firing by PAK
9/6/2019 10:42:53 PM
Early Times Report
JAMMU, Sept 6: Former Member of Parliament Madan Lal Sharma today condemned the unprovoked firing by Pakistan in the Pallanwallan sector . Many border panchayats like Jogwan, Bardoh, Battal, Samwan, Chaprial, Pallanwalla, Gigrial, Pragwal areas are gravely affected by this ceasefire violation by Pakistan. The continuous shelling by Pakistan is causing loss of property and the lives of the civilians is also at grave risk. The government comes into action only after loss of human life whereas now only the administration should take some measures and shift the people to safer areas. Dozens of shells and splinters landed inside the school classrooms near the border but by the grace of God no loss of human life happened.
The studies of students should not get affected and the school should also be shifted to safer areas. The government knows that the after the issue of Article 370 even the intelligence agencies have given serious reports of mischievous activites by Pakistan due to which the sea routes have been put on high alert and in such conditions Jammu can be the main target of Pakistan so the government should beforehand take precautionary measures for the safety of people living in the border belt of Jammu. The government has failed to take a serious call to end the sufferings of the border people. These people living in border villages are as brave as our soldiers who are even laying down their lives for protecting our people and mother land. Pakistan always does ceasefire violation during these months and the government should take appropriate action to safeguard the people of border areas.
