| Fuel adulteration surfaces in Mendhar | | | MS Nazki

Poonch, Sept 7: Adulteration of petrol and diesel at a petrol pump in Dekki Bhera has come fore in Mendhar sources said here today. They said a complaint from a driver has been received by Police station Mendhar where under a petrol pump on the name of Shaheed Liyaqat Ali in Dekki Behra is alleged of mixing water and other substances with the petrol and diesel.
After receiving complaint a police party led by SHO Mendhar Tahir Khan reached the spot and collected samples of the fuel.
Samples of petrol and diesel have been collected by us and we will send the same to forensic laboratory for analysis said Tahir Khan while talking to Early Times. He said some people have been taken for questioning and after the resport is received legal proceedings will be initiated , SHO added. |
