| Stand off between Police, Lawyers ends | | | Early Times Report
Samba, Sept 7: Conflict between Police and Lawyers has been ended on Friday with amicably settlement and the FIR was also closed.
As per police statement, the matter pertaining to case FIR No. 189/2019 of PS Samba has been amicably settled by the parties on the intervention of Bench (Ld. Session Judge Samba & Ld. CJM Samba), Police Administration including Prosecution Wing and Bar Association of Samba and the matter stands closed.
President of Bar Association Samba Subash Singh Sambyal told Early Times that a meeting took place at District Court Samba in the presence of Session Judge and the matter was discussed. Later, all parties were agreed to end the matter amicably. |
