Jammu, Sep 8: Routine meeting held under the chairmanship of Rajinder P. Kakkar President Trikuta Nagar Welfare Society in the society office main market Trikuta Nagar colony Jammu. The society observed that the delay tactics adopted by the authorities of government regarding slash the fee of free hold rights in the favour of the residents of Trikuta Nagar colony Jammu inspite series of meetings & threadbare discussions on the justification of genuine demands, once again we the residents of Trikuta Nagar colony Jammu are requesting to K. K. Sharma advisor to Governor J&K through the Print & Electronics media please issue directions to the commissioner/ Secretary Urban development department for Notification as he issued directions in his first meeting with TNWS deputation that the Fees of Free hold rights should be acceptable by the residents of Trikuta Nagar as they are retired pensioners and they have paid developments, Rent of Land & cost of land at the time of allotments. We further Request to Advisor also fix the same fee for regularize the extra land which is already in the possession of adjoining plot holders. Also create digital portal for same process & residents can apply on line to avoid the corruption practice. |
