Jammu, Sept 8: Nowabad police today registered a rape case against a person on courts direction. According to sources a rape case has been registered on basis of courts.
A widow (name with held) and mother of two children approach us with courts directions accordingly, a case under section 376 RPC has been registered against Rajinder Kumar resident of chand Nagar , they said adding that the accused person is absconding. |
