Put new system at place: Munish to people
9/9/2019 11:11:29 PM
Early Times Report
JAMMU, Sep 9: Editor, Early Times, Munish Gupta on Monday said that reorganization of Jammu & Kashmir has changed the political scene and has provided a chance to people of Jammu region to lead from the front.
Carrying forward his mass contact programme in Bhour Camp. Munish said, "Time has come for us to sit back and introspect. We need to ask ourselves why Jammu is still far behind other cities of the country."
"Is it that the leaders voted for during all these years just ignored us? We need to find an answer to this all important question," said Munish, who would be contesting the forthcoming Assembly elections as an independent candidate from Gandhi Nagar Constituency.
He said time has changed and we cannot keep on believing the leaders, who during all these years have sold nothing except illusions. Common man needs to take a call and read out the politicians, who failed to deliver during all these years."
Munish said, "The next assembly election in J&K will open new windows of opportunities for the people of Jammu region as it would be for the first time in the past seven decades that Jammu people would get a chance to have their own Chief Minister at place."
"Change is inevitable and people of Jammu need to utilize this chance and put a new system at place," he added.
