| School Education Deptt employees demand regularization | | |

Kathua, Sept 10: All Incharge Gazetteed Cadre of School Education department has appealed Governor administration to regularize/ confirm all 8000 back log and 2000 fresh incharge gazetted officers ( Joint directors, CEOs, Principals, ZEOs lecturers and headmasters ) before 31st Oct, 2019 keeping in view the long pending demand of last 15 years.
In a statement issued by Amar Nath Thakur said that the department has miserably failed in regularizing all the gazetted officers in which 500 have expired, 2500 retired till date as no regularization order has been issued since 2007 .
He said incharge officer or lecturers are appointed for six months but not regularized after that period and retire in the incharge capacity, It is sheer violation of employees rights .
State administrative council SAC under the governor Satya Pal Malik decided to regularize all back log and fresh incharge officers of the department on 7/12/2018 and general administrative department has issued order No 114 GAD of 2019 dt. 23/01/2019 to regularize all but that order has not been implemented earlier and now could not be implemented in this shortest period before 31/10/2019, then only option left is that Governor may issue SRO under Art. 133 of jammu and kashmir Public service commission in exceptional cases to get confirmed all 10000 incharge officers of school education department . |
