Akhnoor, Sept 11: Shubh Memorial International School (SMIS) Akhnoor participated in the judo district championship held at M.A. start on 5th, 6th & 9th of September, 2019. Total number of judokas participated in the championship were 20 under age category 12. Out of 20, 7 judokas won gold medal - Ambika Mahajan, Adhura Gupta, Aarav Pandit, Svanik Sharma, Advitya Sharma, Avni Sharma & Aakriti Sharma. 5 Silver Medals were won by Aastha Gupta, Anaida Sarotia, Bhavni Sharma, Abhey Partap Singh, Angak Sharma. 5 Bronze Medals were won by Shrwan Malhotra, Ansh Bhardwaj, Samar Sharma, & Pragati Pawar. The principal of the School Shilpa Mahajan & Judo Instructor Manish Chatwal feliciated to the winners of the championship with the medals & certificate. |
