| Deputation calls on DDC Ramban, raises several issues | | |  Early Times Report
RAMBAN, Sept 11: A deputation of panchayat Sencha today met District Development Commissioner (DDC) Ramban Nazim Zai Khan and handed over a memorandum.
They also highlighted their demands including new water supply schemes for panchayat and completion of road project connecting to the village with National Highway.
Talking to the media persons they informed the road work had started three year ago yet to complete, they also highlighted issue of scarcity of water in their area.
They appealed to the district administration especially to Governor of Jammu and Kashmir for taking appropriate action in this regard so that people get basic facilities which is the commitment of the government. They also appealed to implement all recommendations made is Back to Village programme for overall development of the panchayat.
DDC assured them that there genuine demands will be fulfilled at the earliest. |
