BOMI School organizes investiture ceremony

Jammu, Sept 12: Birla Open Minds International School, Jammu organized Investiture ceremony in the big field at School Campus. It was conducted with a high degree of zeal and enthusiasm. The Investiture ceremony denotes investment of effort in grooming the leaders since we believe in child centric approach, the trust and confidence reposed in newly invested office bearers for the involvement of the students' community in day to day functioning of the school. The ceremony was held with lots of enthusiasm and gusto. The Principal in her speech expressed her gratitude to the Chief Guest, Hem Raj Pakhroo, Joint Director Schools, Dr.Goldi Mahajan, Dr. Aditya Mahajan and Lakshendra Singh Manhas and the team of staff members who made this event successful and she thanked the parents for their co-operation and sense of responsibility. She exhorted the students to utilize the opportunity to hone their leadership skills. There was an impressive march past by all the members of students' council. Sheikh Hidayat of Grade 12, Ramanjeet Kour Arora of Grade 12 were appointed as the Head Boy and the Head Girl respectively. Manish Manhas and Orkopriya Chowdhury were appointed as the Deputy Heads.
