pOONCH, Sept 14: Deputy Commissioner, Poonch Rahul Yadav has placed Mohd Afzal Patwari Halqa Sagra Tehsil Mankote under Suspension.
"Range Forest Officer Mendhar, Forest Range Mendhar vide his office letter No. RFP/MFR/175-176 Dated 04-09-2019 has lodged a complaint against the Patwari that he has conducted the Nishandahi of Khasra No. 691/406 situated in village Balnoi Tehsil Mankote District Poonch", sources said, adding that however, the already Nishandahi was conducted of above mentioned Khasra No. through Commission and the then Sub Divisional Magistrate Mendhar vide his office Order No 42/ SDM/M/ of 2017 Dated 13-09-2017 has issued order to demolish the structure raised in Forest Land in Khasra No. 406.
"Keeping inview the above facts, Mohd Afzal, Patwari Halqa Sagra has been placed under suspension and attached in the office with immediate effect", they said, adding that the Sub Divisional Magistrate is hereby appointed as enquiry officer who will enquire the matter and funish the detail/ factual report to this office within 15 days. |
