Police register kidnapping case of minor girl

JAMMU, Sept 14: Bishnah Police registered a case of kidnapping case of a minor girl, who was missing from last one month.
According to Police sources, a complaint lodged by the family of a minor girl of the kidnapping of their girl who is studying in 10th standard. Acting on the complaint, the Police Station Bishnah registered a case FIR no 153/2019 under section 363 RPC and investigation started.
As per the family statement, the girl had gone to the school on that day and she did not come back following this family searched her but they got no clue in this regard.
"Following this, a missing complaint was registered in the Bishnah Police Station and police started work on it ," kidnapped girl's sister told, adding that later they came to know that a 31-year-old man who is a resident of Doda district, had taken her sister with him, after this, a kidnapping case has been registered the Police Station. SHO Bishnah Inspector Deepak Pathania told that the case has been registered under relevant section and started investigation in this regard.
