One drug peddler arrested, 50 gram charas recovered 9/16/2019 9:52:17 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Sept 16: Continuing its drive against drugs under Operation Sanjeevani, Police arrested one and recovered 50 grams charas in Circular Road area on Sunday evening. According to Police, a police party of PP Chowk Chabutra while on patrol duty at Circular Road near Viewpoint apprehended one pedestrian who tried to evade the police party suspiciously. He has been identified as Anshu Verma son of Subash Chander resident of Mishriwala Jammu. On search, 50 grm charas was recovered from his possession. In relation to this, FIR No 145/2019 under section 8/20 NDPS ACT has been registered at PS Pacca Danga and investigation initiated.
