Sunderbani, Sept 16: A delegation of BJP leaders headed by Former State President BJP and Ex-Minister Sat Sharma (CA) visited Sunderbani, Nowshera and Kalakote areas where they interacted with many deputations. The delegation also comprised of State Secretary BJP and in charge Sunderbani/Nowshera, Rakesh Mahajan and State President BJP SC Morcha and organizational election In charge for Sunderbani/Nowshera Jagdish Bhagat. During their visit they interacted with hundreds of Panchs and Sarpanchs from all the three areas and also met elected Councillors with Chairman of Municipal Committees (MC) of both Sunderbani and Nowshera. District President BJP Capt. Som Dutt, Chairman MC Nowshera Narinder Sharma, Chairman MC Sunderbani Rajinder Sharma, Mandal Presidents of BJP from all three areas were also present during the group of meetings. Speaking on the occasion, Sat Sharma asked the participants in the meetings to gear up for BDC (Block Development Council) elections and stated the elections will ensure supervision and monitoring of various developmental schemes, administrative and technical guidance of Panchayats and periodical reviews of their work. It will help supervise plans relating to agriculture, rural development and animal husbandry, social forestry, education and public health, he added. |
