Jammu, Sept 16: Vice President Shree Amar Kshatriya Rajput Sabha Kuljeet Singh Jamwal today levelled serious allegations against Narayan Singh Jamwal, state Vice president Bharitya Janata Party.
While speaking on the occasion he said SAKRS is being illegally occupied by Narayan Singh for the last more than 14 years by stalling elections.
Kuljeet Singh alleged that the prime property of Sabha at Raj Tilak Bhawan Purani Mandi was systematically sold by Narayan Singh over the years under the garb of developing the Sabha but made underhand deals with few big business houses.
"Narayan Singh has done huge misappropriation of funds which he received through illegal construction of shops and later by selling them", said Kuljeet Singh.
In a case titled Pawan Singh Manhas V/S Narayan Singh Jamwal in the court of Additional District Judge Jammu Vide order dated 26-02-2016, Narayan Singh has been restrained from creating any third party interest in the properties belonging to Rajput Sabha, but despite that in violation of court order he sold prime hall of Rajput sabha to Monalisa Garment Shop by executing underhand deals for which contempt petition is pending against Narayan Singh. (COPY ENCLOSED) Moreover, Narayan Singh created fraudulent Trust and siphoned off all the immovable property of Rajput Sabha for his personal gains. "After joining BJP as State Vice president he has now set his eyes on another property of Rajput Sabha near Dogra hall Jammu where he is carrying out illegal construction without any right in connivance with the Jammu Municipal Corporation officials with sole motive to sell the entire area for which he has already received advance payments", said Pawan Manhas.
As per documents received Naryan singh is also facing a case in crime branch of J&K apart from evading the summons in a court case.
He further said that Pavitar Singh, retd judge was elected working president of the sabha, who started the membership drive for holding of elections of Rajput Sabha J&K which was pending since 2006 but Narayan Singh is creating hurdles in the smooth functioning of Rajput Sabha by using his muscle power & political Clout in flagrant violation of court orders.
Narayan Singh has dismantled 700 hundred years old temple of Raja Mal dev at Sabha which was a heritage site of Rajput Biradari by converting it into a shopping complex for his personal gains. Later, Pawan Manhas appealed to Rajput Biradari to raise voice so that Sabha is allowed to function under the ableleadership of Pavitar Singh. |
