DPS Leh sets milestones in education

Leh, Sept 17: DPS Leh, functioning under the aegis of the DPS Society, New Delhi, having completed its two glorious decades in education, is all set to recommit itself to the newer goals of academic excellence, intellectual growth, art, athletics, high standards of ethical awareness, sportsmanship, and community service in the society. PVC, DPS Leh, T.P. Singh and Principal DPS Leh Hardev Kaur Sidhu organised a staff meet for all teaching, non teaching and support staff of the school and congratulated them for the ever new mile stones achieved while, also exhorting them to dedicate themselves wholly to the progress of the school and providing education of balanced heart and mind to their students. PVC Leh, advised all staff members to engage themselves in such educational, social and community service activities which will help to uplift the condition of poor and downtrodden families in Ladakh region.
PVC, DPS Leh, T.P. Singh also met with Deputy Commissioner Leh, Sachin Kumar Vaishya, IAS, SSP Leh, Sargun Shukla, IPS and members of the Hill Development Council, Leh to thank them for their concern and support extended to the school. He said that the day is not far when the student prodigies of DPS Leh will readily accept national and international challenges and make a mark for themselves and their country in all fields.
