| Quiz, debate, poster competitions held at JU | | | Jammu, Sept 17: The J&K State Forest Research Institute, (SFRI) celebrated "World Ozone Day" on 16th September 2019 in collaboration with Department of Environment Sciences at Jammu University. This year theme is "32 Years and Healing": Events like Quiz competition, debate competition and poster competition were held and results were declared on the spot. Chief Guest, CCF (Retd) R.S. Jasrotia presented his views and aware the student about significance of ozone and reasons for its depletion. Director SFRI O.P. Sharma covered all the aspects of climate change and discussed every concern related to environment.
Mohinder Kumar, Zenab Batool, Roopal Chib secured 1st, 2nd & 3rd position in Poster Making Competition.
