Early Times Report
srinagar, Sept 17: Even as the administration in Jammu and Kashmir is trying its level best to restore normalcy in restive Kashmir, the Pakistani stooges want to keep the pot boiling as the anti national elements have started setting ablaze shops that dare to defy hartal in the valley.
While the shopkeeper from the HMT locality, outskirt of the Srinagar was killed by the terrorists in the very first fortnight of the revocation of the Article 370, now such anti-national forces are setting ablaze shops in areas that defy the hartal against the historic decision taken by New Delhi.
In the latest, two major incidents of fire have taken place in Kashmir, one each in Anantnag and Budgam district. Properties worth crores of rupees were gutted in Beerwah town of Budgam when around one dozen shops were gutted in mysterious blaze on the night of September 16.
Police sources quoting eyewitness accounts that the shops were set ablaze by the unidentified persons. The locals said the traders had started to restore normal trade activities and that the same may not have gone down well with forces trying to unleash Pakistani agenda. Sources said that the shops were burnt down by a group of unidentified persons who fled taking advantages of darkness.
The shops included a Photo Studio, Readymade Garment Shop and Crockery Shop as well. Another similar incident took place in Bijbahara town of South Kashmir where shops were gutted in mysterious circumstances.
While the police and administration are leaving no stone unturned to restore normalcy, the Pakistan and its stooges in Kashmir are hell bent to worsen the situation. Officials said such nefarious designs of Pakistan are among the key reasons that authorities are unable to restore mobile and internet services in Kashmir.
